Gilles Jeaurond, President
Gilles started his snubbing career in 1978 with Otis Engineering, working throughout North America as a Blow Out Recovery Specialist. During his 6 years with Otis, he acquired a wealth of knowledge and experience in cable snubbing, hydraulic snubbing, freezing, hot tapping, and snubbing unit design. Gilles is a true specialist in live well control. Over the next ten years he expanded on his knowledge and experience within the snubbing industry. In 1990, he designed and manufactured his first snubbing unit and entered the market as "Hi-Tech Well Control" completing his first well for Poco in 1991. Jim Rice, CEO
Jim has 25 years of experience within the oil and gas industry. He started on drilling and service rigs before he moved into the snubbing industry. Jim acquired hands on experience with every level of the snubbing industry. At Canadian Special Service, Jim held the position of Operations Manager for eight years and is currently the Chief Executive Officer. Adam Marshall, Field Supervisor
Adam Marshall has served the snubbing industry for the past ten years. During this time, he worked his way up through the ranks, from an assistant to a supervisor. From salt caverns in Fort Saskatchewan, to the United States, the United Arab Emirates and Saudi, Arabia, Adam worked on conventional rig assist and free standing units, as well as 400k and 460k hydraulic work over units. He has gained a wealth of experience within this industry. Adam is the Field Supervisor for Canadian Special Service Ltd. and is also one of our three Snubbing Services Competency Assessors. Duke Hanson, HSE
Duke Hanson has worked in the snubbing industry since 1989, starting as an assistant, and working his way up to a unit supervisor. Duke has gained experience and knowledge, both here, in Canada and the United States. He has proven to be a strong performer. Having always had a keen interest in safety administration, Duke was a natural choice for his position. Duke is also one of our three Snubbing Services Competency Assessors.
